Amber, a happiness agent, travels the Bhutanese Himalayas to study people's happiness. On her remote mountain journey, she seeks fulfillment.
with great conversations between key peers, interesting cultural aspects explored, and an exploration of the human self
Bhutanese culture is rarely talked about in the media and all, and this documentary is a charming, sweet, and interesting study of the happiness level of the Bhutanese people. Filmmakers Arun Bhattarai and Dorottya Zurbo are able to capture the true essence of the Bhutanese way of life and provide some really funny, bittersweet, and touching interviews, conversations, and camerawork throughout.
Includes singing, dancing, dialogues, and all
Many of the conversations between Bhutanese peers are interesting as conversations about their culture. , struggles, and themselves were interesting to listen to.
I recommend it to those interested in Bhutanese culture
This is the first Sundance film of the festival, what a great start!
