Featured in Geeks + Gamers: Sonic 3 - Trailer Reaction (2024). Sonic The Hedgehog 3 is easily the best of the trilogy. Best script, best characters, lots of humor and Keanu Reeves is a joy as Shadow. This film is different from the first two, especially in terms of the tone of the film, this film is an adaptation of the soul of Sonic Adventure 2 and they handled it better than I ever thought possible. Shadow's past is depicted in a creepy way, not to mention his immaculate CGI model, I was so impressed with his appearance. Jim Carrey was humorous as usual, an absolute treat in our franchise, he was hilarious and amazing as Ivo and Gerald. Ben Schwartz, Colleen and Idris all shined brighter than ever. As a huge Sonic fan this movie exceeded my expectations, what a feeling to be a Sonic fan! Easily one of the best songs in Sonic history. 9/10.
